Sacral session
The “pumping of a response” session involves the Generator responding with sacral sounds to questions specially prepared by the analyst in order to restore contact with their reliance and return to their natural reaction – response.
If you are a Generator and find yourself in a situation where a certain decision is very important to you, but you can see that you are stuck in your mind – overthinking and swinging back and forth between arguments for and against, unable to hear your response because your mind intercepts it with endless comparisons and doubts, then a Sacral Session can help shift the focus back to your body, centering and reconnecting with yourself.
In a Sacral Session, all you need to do is respond with sacral sounds to a large number of questions specifically prepared in advance by me, taking into account your request.
The questions are designed to push you out of your mind and shift your focus to the SOUND FROM YOUR SACRAL CENTER.
