You have probably wondered what the true nature of money is and its purpose in the world of humans.
For me, the resourceful position is always to look at what any phenomenon teaches me because I know that it’s all for my experience and, ultimately, my development. Let’s “get to the root” here 😉
In university, the second foreign language I studied was Chinese. So, I found out that the Chinese hieroglyph for “wealth, magnificence” consists of 2 characters: 1- a seashell (which used to be a means of exchange), 2- a unique talent, skill that everyone possesses. In essence, wealth is the product of finding a harmony between exchanging talents and achieving personal fulfillment.
No wonder that a synonym for wealth is prosperity, which essentially refers to healthy growth, fertility, and productivity. The path to wealth is not the pursuit of money for the sake of money but rather getting aware of your talents, developing the gifts you were born with, and respecting your natural preferences.
If a person engages in what brings them joy and satisfaction, money will naturally follow. Because money is a means of exchange, an analog of energy. The quality of the energy you exchange with the world, both giving and receiving, holds paramount significance. The presence of material needs helps us realize that we are all interdependent, and money, as an equivalent of energy exchange, helps us unveil our authentic essence and empower us to embrace our individuality.
People often choose jobs based on high pay or considerations of “security” and safety. But it doesn’t matter how much salary you have or whether you feel secure and safe — it will all be in vain if it goes against your talents. In the end, you will have less desire and energy to express your creative approach, and you will feel less meaning in it.
Since we all have unique talents, each of us is capable of achieving something in our own unique way. Moreover, no one else can replicate it. Finding our uniqueness, and thus an irreplaceable niche, is part of our life purpose.
Life doesn’t play hide and seek with us; often we simply fail to notice the obvious because we are overloaded with the trivial. We are so focused on making a living that we fail to see anything else around us. And that’s when Life pulls the ground from under our feet, so that we stop, look around, and discover new possibilities. To fulfill our own Purpose. To discover why we are here.
