Lately, almost all clients come either in a state of anxiety and stress, or with a sense of fatigue and depletion of energy.
In such cases, we delve into whether the person knows how to collaborate with pressure and stress effectively in their particular case.
This depends, among other things, on the Root Center, which plays a significant role in how we handle stress.
We are constantly under varying degrees and forms of stress.
It’s essential to recognize that stress is an inevitable part of life, as it’s the pressure exerted by life itself. So, for some, it may be surprising but the stress cannot be eliminated.
The crucial aspect is how timely different levels of stress and pressure are for each person.
Because when it is untimely, the energy of stress turns against us, leading to feelings of helplessness, burnout, and even post-traumatic stress disorder.
However it is possible to transform stress into post-stress growth rather than trauma.
What’s required for this transformation?
First and foremost, it involves following your Strategy and Authority, which serve as inherent tools for accurate navigation in life.
Remember to use these tools ☝ in every present moment:
observe what is happening around and what your body reacts to, consciously distinguish between what you “can control” (the interaction of external life and the reaction of your Inner Authority), and what you “cannot control” at the moment (absence of reaction of your Inner Authority).
Focus on the former, as it brings you back to yourself and helps maintain autonomous behavior.
Given that stress triggers the release of hormones, particularly adrenaline in the Root Center, it’s crucial to channel this energy into appropriate action. Engaging in a physical activity aligned with your Strategy and Authority can be immensely beneficial.
If you are experiencing intense stress, you can dance, jump, squat, or bite into a firm apple – do something that allows non-destructive expression of this powerful energy.
If your Root Center is defined (colored),
you may experience two states:
Healthy experience of a defined Root Center –
feeling light, bouncy, and having your own way of coping with stress (depending on your unique configuration in definition of the Root Center).
Conversely, unhealthy experience of a defined Root Center may manifest as a panic, depression, or a sense of heaviness.
For those with an open Root Center (white),
your sense of lightness/heaviness, tension/relaxation depends on the presence or absence of other people around you.
Therefore, you may feel overwhelmed by stress, but it’s essential to recognize that it’s not necessarily your own panic or depressive state.
If you feel excessive pressure on yourself, revisit the 2 point outlined above ☝
Accuracy and wisdom are crucial for effectively managing stress and fostering growth.
