What do you think – can we really escape emotional pain?
And can you be in relationships devoid of conflicts?
As a person with a 3rd line in my profile, I inevitably find myself navigating through processes of collisions and conflicts.
Being a person with an open emotional center, I witness daily how people handle emotions, particularly pain, in diverse ways.
From my own experience, I know how unproductive some alliances can be, and how many relationships crumble due to ignorance about processing emotions.
Here are some life hacks I want to share on navigating different emotional states correctly for yourself and, therefore, for others.
Firstly, it is important to understand that:
- Our emotional system is a system of interaction between the inner and outer worlds: me and others.
- This system operates in waves, moving from pleasure to pain and back to pleasure. However, regardless of our wishes, we cannot halt this wave and only experience pleasure, avoiding pain. Experiencing both pain and pleasure is vital for our growth and maturation.
- In the world, there are approximately equal numbers of people with an open and defined Emotional Center. So this system functions in a different way and for different purposes for each group.
Let’s look at helpful tips for people with an open Emotional Center.
What is important for such individuals:
- The emotions you experience are not yours; your emotional state depends on who you are with (in some cases on the position of the planets). This is why you often feel like you are in a world of emotional chaos, where it is easy to lose yourself. Therefore, Life Hack #1: Remember that emotional experiences are not your truth; your truth and reliance is in your Inner Authority.
- Life Hack #2: You cannot avoid emotional conditioning, nor should you. It carries the potential for wisdom about yourself, others, and relationships. HOWEVER, you can only receive the correct for you emotional conditioning by MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON your Strategy and Inner Authority (NOT ON EMOTIONS).
- Life Hack #3: You are here to learn confrontation – the ability to stay in unpleasant situations until you receive the “STOP” / “ENOUGH” signal from your Inner Authority. If this signal sounds, it means you need to step out of the aura because the conditioning you are receiving is incorrect for you at the moment.
- Life Hack #4: You are here to embrace vulnerability – acknowledging and experiencing what you feel without destroying others.
- Life Hack #5: Honesty with yourself and others is your advantage, but it is only possible when a person with an open emotional center does not avoid confrontation and, despite the fear of pain, relies on their Strategy and Authority.
In short, these are the things to consider to make the most of your emotional experiences.
In your case, it is the potential of balance and self-fulfillment without becoming lost in emotions and relationships but gaining wisdom about the entire spectrum of emotional experiences that bring lots of discoveries about yourself and others in relationships.
Given your open nature in this center, these experiences serve as valuable opportunities for learning and growth.
