Human Design is a system of knowledge about the nature of human beings and the world. It provides a chart that shows the connection between the human biological structure and its manifestations. Additionally, it equips individuals with practical tools for making reliable decisions based on the body’s guidance.

This logical science came into the world through a person named Ra Uru Hu as a result of a mystical “Encounter with the Voice” on the island of Ibiza, Spain, in 1987.

Since then, Human Design has spread worldwide through Ra Uru Hu’s students and followers, proving its practicality, applicability, and gaining more and more followers.

In Human Design, you can find connections to various fields such as quantum physics, genetics, anatomy, the Hindu-Brahmin chakra system, I-Ching, astrology, and Kabbalah. It offers a comprehensive, practical perspective and tools to get on one’s “true path” that emerges from the uniqueness of each individual.

While all individuals are unique, there are 4 Genetic Types that can be identified based on certain characteristics: Generators, Projectors, Manifestors, and Reflectors.

Each Type in Human Design possesses its unique Strategy, tailored to the distinct characteristics of their aura. This Strategy serves as a guiding principle for navigating life and making trustworthy decisions specifically for that individual in each specific case. The Strategy is complemented by another inherent tool called Inner Authority, which is necessary for decision-making tactics. It is a place in the body that signals what is correct for us and what is not in each moment of space and time.

To ensure that knowledge about Human Design doesn’t remain useless information or simply a collection of new words, it must be applied in practice by living in alignment with the unique design of one’s own body.

You can start your experiment either after receiving Foundation Reading of your chart (bodygraph) or after an introductory course called Living Your Design. In both cases, you will gain the necessary knowledge about your Strategy and Inner Authority.

Human Design is a vast, deep, and multifaceted knowledge. It consists of multiple layers, each providing a more complete understanding of human nature.

Each subsequent level of studying Human Design allows you to further develop your awareness, making it easier to navigate through everyday life, recognize the disguised mental traps, and resist manipulation and stereotypes imposed on us from the outside.

In this way, a person masters the art of simply being themselves.

Our energy speaks before we even open our mouths

We live in a world of lifehacks and advice that constantly directs us outward, causing us to often lose contact with who we truly are on the inside.

We pay too much attention to external attributes – how we look, how we speak – trying to meet the expectations of others, and we forget that our energy speaks about us even before we utter a word. Energy operates independently of what we say, whether we speak at all, or how we look.

For example, we may not understand why people are afraid to approach us or hesitate to engage with us. This can depend on the qualities of the aura specific to our Genetic Type.

For instance, a Manifestor friend of mine once shared a story of how he wanted to ask a girl and a guy what time it was. As he approached them, they started running away from him. At the same time, I have witnessed numerous times how people flock towards my acquaintance, an emotional Manifestor, when she is in a good mood and up in her emotional wave. These both cases are illustrations of the unique aura characteristics of Manifestors – dense and impacting those around.

Projectors operate differently in terms of mechanics. They can make efforts to gain the attention of individuals who appear suitable or beneficial to them. However, these efforts may not always give results or, even if they do, the attention received may be incorrect, causing feelings of bitterness and resentment. Conversely, a Projector can choose not to pursue the attention of specific individuals, but to focus on developing their own gifts, yet their aura naturally attracts the attention of the right people for them.

We all encounter situations where we are perceived differently than how we feel on the inside, and we may not understand why. The answer lies in the mechanics, in the nature of how we are designed and how energy operates. This is precisely what Human Design explains.
